Product Description
These quality women's sweat pants come in navy (except size Med and Lrg), black or sport grey, with side pockets. The pants are customized with open outside seams with Velcro closures that will easily fit over your cast, knee brace, orthotic boot or halo. This design makes it easy to get dressed and also offers the added convenience of not having to get undressed when going to the doctor for a check up! The Velcro closures enable you to keep your leg warm and protected. These products are assembled and shipped from Redmond, OR.
To place an order: you need to select a color, tell us which leg, tell us opening to the knee or thigh and inseam (standard or custom). If ordering a custom hem, there is a $15 restocking for any returns.
Custom requests: There is a special request area to request things such as: customer-owned pants to be modified, or measurements of Halo.
How to measure your inseam: On a pair of pants that fit you well, measure from crotch to bottom of leg. Remember that you probably only want the pant leg to go to the top of your shoe.

Love 'um!

I ordered two pair of pants on Wednesday afternoon and received them on Saturday morning! They are just what I needed...soft, comfortable, easy to put on and take off and nice looking. They are a light-weight sweatshirt fabric with cute matching Velcro tapes on the side. They are classy enough to wear to work with a nice top and casual enough to wear the rest of the time too. I'd highly recommend these pants for anyone that wants to be comfortable while having to wear a cast!

I wore them home from the hospital after surgery and during recovery with my leg cast. Worked great, comfortable, nice looking, fit great over cast, and easy to pull up and down while standing on one leg while holding on to something with one arm...things you don't think about!

These pants are nice quality . The large was spot on for my size 10-12. I ordered the blue and grey. The Velcro tabs are so cute and different on each pant. I washed and dried on gentle cycles with no shrinkage. I will be living in these pants for the next several weeks , so thank you for the good quality sewing job!

Received your product today. I love the sweat pants. They fit perfectly and I really appreciate the special touch of printed fabric for the Velcro closures and the pockets. Sweat pants can begin to look old and dirty but I think these will give me a fresh look as I wear my new cast! Surgery is tomorrow..:(! Thank you for your talents. I hope to spread the word about your specialty clothing.
P.S. Enjoyed the special packing technique so I saw the Velcro closures as soon as I opened up the box.

The pants, especially lighter knits, are a great way to avoid having to wear shorts or cut the leg on a pair of pants. They can be dressed up or down to create a nicer appearance. Once cast is off, they are still great for icing and Ortho appts. Good quality product and excellent customer service.

After Googling for a solution to what to wear over the "lovely" boot I'm sporting for the next 3 months, I came across this website. Taking a chance, I ordered two pairs. Received a personal email response and the pants were in the mail within a couple of days and delivered within a week. They are perfect! The workmanship is great, they are easy to get on and off and they solve the "what can I wear to look decent?" dilemma! Thank you so much!

Over the Cast Pants are great for going back to work.

I recently fractured my foot and had to go back to work after a week.
I couldn't imagine what I would wear that would be appropriate for the office.
The "Over the Cast" pants were ideal. The black pants looked professional and fit well. They were very comfortable and everyone at the office was asking where I got them.
What a great solution for what to wear while you're healing!

I found Over The Cast after I did a Google search, and I am so glad that I did! The idea is so simple, yet so accommodatIng. I recently had surgery and each nurse that saw my pants thought they were awesome (and commented that they wished that they had thought of the idea). They are going to pass the word, and so am i!
